The ZD/ZDG/ZDF/ZDY/ZMD series BB4 type is a horizontal, radially split, between-bearings, multistage centrifugal pump designed and manufactured in full compliance with API 610 standard. It is specially developed for high‑pressure, high‑temperature, heavy‑duty and long‑term continuous operation in oil refineries, pipelines, power plants and petrochemical facilities.
The pump features a horizontally radially split casing, which enables convenient inspection and maintenance without disassembling the driver, coupling or pipeline system. Its multistage hydraulic structure provides high head and stable performance, with excellent hydraulic efficiency and anti‑cavitation characteristics.
Supported by bearings at both ends, the pump has strong ability to withstand radial and axial loads, ensuring low vibration, low noise and high operation stability. It is equipped with a reliable mechanical seal system, high-strength shaft and strictly controlled rotor dynamics.
