The basic warranty period for the whole machine is 12 months, and the core components are extended to 18 months. Special working condition equipment (such as seawater desalination pumps, high-temperature hot water pumps) is warranted for 24 months, and customized equipment is warranted for 36 months as agreed in the contract. Wearing parts (mechanical seals, bearings, etc.) are warranted for 6 months, and man-made damage requires replacement for a fee.
Service scope
Free service: For failures caused by manufacturing defects, free repairs and parts replacement are provided, and demand is responded to within 48 hours. Value-added service: Equipment in complex application scenarios provides annual free inspections and system optimization suggestions, and full life cycle maintenance can be extended for a fee.
Warranty conditions
Purchase and sales contracts, invoices and product serial numbers are required as vouchers. The equipment must be installed and used in accordance with the specifications and the operation records must be retained. The following situations are not covered by warranty: unauthorized modification/disassembly, over-parameter operation, use of non-original accessories, and force majeure damage.
Warranty process
Customers submit applications through the 400 hotline or official website, providing the equipment number and fault description. The technical team will make a remote initial judgment within 24 hours and arrive at the site within 72 hours (if necessary). For simple faults, accessories will be mailed to guide replacement, and engineers will handle complex problems on site. A 3-month warranty period will be provided after repair.
Technical guarantee
Free upgrade service is provided for faults caused by material failure, relying on school-enterprise cooperation and R&D support. Free equipment operation data access and Internet of Things monitoring services are provided during the warranty period.
Dispute resolution
Objections are identified by a third-party testing agency, and the cost is borne by the responsible party. The policy is implemented in accordance with relevant national regulations.
