  • Q How to deal with water leakage during pump operation?

    A Water leakage may be caused by installation problems, antifreeze impurities or internal faults in the water pump cavity. The engine cylinder block needs to be degreased before installation to ensure that the paper gasket or steel gasket is installed correctly. If water leaks after use, check the quality of the antifreeze (if the color is abnormal, it may contain impurities) and the integrity of the water pump cavity. If it is a quality problem of the water pump itself (such as large-scale water leakage after stepping on the accelerator after installation), please contact the company's after-sales team immediately, and we will provide free repair or replacement services.
  • Q What should I do if the water pump does not produce water or the flow is insufficient after starting?

    A
    Possible reasons include leakage in the water inlet pipeline, filter blockage, wrong pump direction or impeller wear. Please check in order:
    Water inlet pipeline sealing, eliminate leakage points;
    Clean the water inlet filter to ensure that there is no debris blocking;
    Confirm that the direction of motor rotation is consistent with the pump body mark;
    If the problem persists, it may be that the impeller or mouth ring is worn and the parts need to be replaced.

  • Q How to solve the problem of excessive noise or excessive vibration during pump operation?

    A
    It may be caused by loose anchor bolts, air leakage in the suction pipe, damage to the impeller or pump surge. Please:
    Tighten the anchor bolts and check whether the base welding is firm;
    Check the sealing of the suction pipe connection and stuffing box;
    If it is an impeller problem (such as foreign matter stuck), it is necessary to stop the machine for cleaning or replace the impeller.
    The company's products have passed the precision balancing test before leaving the factory, which can effectively reduce vibration.
  • Q How to deal with bearing overheating or seal leakage?

    A
    Bearing overheating: Check the amount and quality of lubricating oil (insufficient or aging need to be supplemented/replaced), adjust the bearing clearance, and ensure that the cooling water path is unobstructed.
    Seal leakage: If the packing seal is pressed too tight, it needs to be loosened appropriately; if the mechanical seal fails, a new seal needs to be replaced.
    The company uses high-quality bearings and corrosion-resistant seals. Damage caused by quality problems during the warranty period can be replaced free of charge.
  • Q What should I do if the water pump cannot start or the starting load is too large?

    A
    Possible reasons include power failure, pump jam, packing too tight or discharge valve not closed. Please check in order:
    Whether the power supply and prime mover are normal (such as whether the voltage is stable);
    Manually turn the gear to confirm the flexibility of the coupling and eliminate jamming;
    Loosen the packing to ensure that it is not overtightened;
    Restart after closing the discharge valve.
